How to Measure

For the most reliable measurements, ask a professional seamstress or tailor to measure you. If measuring at home, use a flexible tape and keep it level and comfortably close to your body without pulling it tight.

Bust: With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your back.

Waist: Measure around your natural waist, where your torso bends when you lean to the side.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Description

Hartwell is a fitted evening gown with a strapless sweetheart neckline and a sheer, beaded corset bodice. Sparkling decoration is concentrated above the waist, contrasting with the chiffon overlay and draped skirt below. A high slit and soft train complete the long silhouette, bringing movement to the otherwise close-fitting shape.

The boned bodice closes with a lace-up back, allowing adjustment while keeping the corset detail visible from behind. Hartwell is an option for prom, a gala or a formal celebration if you like the combination of a jeweled bodice and a less embellished skirt. Let the neckline stand on its own with earrings rather than a large necklace.
