1. About these terms
This website and online store are operated by Lucy Franco Nevada LLC DBA The Dress Shop ("The Dress Shop," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to your use of The Dress Shop website and purchases made through our online store. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. Please review these terms and the policies linked below before placing an order.

2. Product information and availability
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, sizes, colors, prices and availability. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Please consult the applicable size guide and contact us with sizing questions before ordering. Availability may change before an order is fulfilled. “Available to order” may refer to supplier availability rather than an item physically present at one of our stores.

3. Orders and payments
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website; applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Please review the selected style, color, size, delivery method and order total before paying. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we identify an availability, pricing or payment issue that prevents fulfillment, we will contact you to resolve it, obtain your agreement to any change, or cancel and refund the unfulfilled order as appropriate. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.

4. Shipping and store pickup
Available shipping methods, charges and estimates are shown during checkout. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Special orders may require additional processing. If we cannot ship within the promised shipping timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund to the original payment method, as required by applicable law. This refund is separate from store credit for an ordinary eligible return. For store pickup, wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before visiting. Bring your order confirmation. If someone else will collect the order, contact us beforehand to arrange authorization. Contact us if you cannot collect promptly so that we can arrange pickup; these terms do not impose an automatic forfeiture, disposal deadline or storage fee. A transfer between locations or an order from a supplier may be required. Contact us before ordering if you need a dress for a specific event date. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

If a package is missing, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact info@thedressshoplv.com promptly with your order number and details. Where available, include photographs and retain the packaging while we review the issue. We will investigate and coordinate any carrier inquiry and an appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law. A carrier delivery scan does not automatically resolve a reported issue or eliminate your applicable rights.

5. Returns, exchanges and store credit
Online purchases are governed by our published Returns & Exchanges policy at Returns & Exchanges. Unless a different return condition is clearly stated on the individual product page before purchase, eligible online returns receive store credit rather than a monetary refund, subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy and applicable law. Product-specific conditions must be disclosed before purchase, apply only to the identified product, and do not override rights required by law. We will not apply new restrictions retroactively. The policy currently requires eligible U.S. online return requests within seven calendar days of delivery and sets out authorization, shipping, condition and final-sale requirements. Special orders are excluded only where identified as nonreturnable before purchase. International orders and in-store purchases have separate rules described in the policy. Please read the complete policy before ordering; this summary does not replace it. These terms do not limit remedies required by applicable law, including for incorrect or defective merchandise.

6. Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm what is possible based on its processing status and the terms disclosed at purchase. Special-order status alone does not create an undisclosed cancellation fee or restriction. A request alone does not confirm that an order has been changed or cancelled; wait for our written confirmation. If the order has shipped, our Returns & Exchanges policy applies, subject to applicable legal rights. This does not limit cancellation and refund rights for qualifying shipping delays or merchandise we cannot fulfill.

7. Website use
Use the website for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security or operation, or misuse another person’s information. Website images, text, logos and other materials belong to The Dress Shop or their respective owners. Personal browsing does not grant permission to reproduce those materials for commercial use.

8. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled: Privacy Policy. Payment processors and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Review those notices when using their services.

9. Corrections and updates
We may correct website errors and update these terms. The effective date will identify the current version. Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the agreed terms of an existing order without your agreement, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
