Choose the shipping service that works for your event. Shipping rates below are in U.S. dollars and apply per order.

Shipping options and rates

48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.: UPS Ground is free. UPS Next Day Air is available for a flat $149 USD.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: Standard Shipping is a flat $79 USD.
Canada: Standard Shipping is a flat $79 USD, including all provinces and territories.

Our $149 UPS Next Day Air option is offered only within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. The services available for your address appear at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery are different

Dispatch is when your dress is handed to the carrier. Delivery is when it reaches your address. Shipping transit time begins after dispatch, not when you place your order.

UPS Next Day Air: 11 a.m. Pacific cutoff

All cutoff times use Las Vegas time (Pacific Time). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Before 11 a.m. on a business day: orders using UPS Next Day Air ship that same business day.
At or after 11 a.m.: orders ship the next business day.
Weekends and holidays: orders ship the next business day.

UPS Next Day Air is for delivery on the next business day after dispatch. For example, an order placed Monday before 11 a.m. ships Monday for Tuesday delivery; an order placed Monday after 11 a.m. ships Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, excluding holidays and carrier delays.

Where your dress ships from

Dresses may ship from Town Square, Galleria at Sunset or directly from our supplier. For available supplier-stock dresses, we can arrange direct shipment using your selected Next Day Air service.

For standard shipping, dresses available in our stores ship the next business day. Dresses marked “Available to order” show their standard delivery estimate on the product page. Where shown, the 7–10 business-day estimate is for delivery within the United States using standard shipping; it is not the transit time for UPS Next Day Air.

Standard delivery estimates

Standard delivery time depends on product availability, the shipping origin and your destination. Free UPS Ground is not a next-day delivery service. Allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Tracking information will help you follow your shipment once it has been dispatched.

Canada and import charges

The $79 USD shipping charge does not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges assessed at the destination. Canadian customers are responsible for these charges. Customs processing may affect delivery time.

Delivery addresses

A physical delivery address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or FPO addresses.
