How to Measure

For the most reliable measurements, ask a professional seamstress or tailor to measure you. If measuring at home, use a flexible tape and keep it level and comfortably close to your body without pulling it tight.

Bust: With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your back.

Waist: Measure around your natural waist, where your torso bends when you lean to the side.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Description

Celene is a long, fitted prom gown with a strapless corset bodice and a draped satin skirt. Lace and beadwork decorate the sheer upper section, creating a textured frame around the neckline and waist. The skirt gathers across the hips before opening into a high slit, combining a smooth surface with the more detailed bodice. Visible corset lines are an important part of the look.

The color photographs show the same design in pastels, gold, green and black, so you can compare the contrast of the lace against each shade. Celene suits prom, an evening wedding or a formal party where a floor-length dress is appropriate.
