How to Measure

For the most reliable measurements, ask a professional seamstress or tailor to measure you. If measuring at home, use a flexible tape and keep it level and comfortably close to your body without pulling it tight.

Bust: With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your back.

Waist: Measure around your natural waist, where your torso bends when you lean to the side.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Description

Galene is a long satin gown with a softly pleated neckline and thin straps. The structured bodice gives the upper silhouette definition, while the skirt widens below the waist into an A-line shape. A leg slit breaks the sweep of satin at the front.

Boning and a lace-up corset back are part of the bodice design. Galene is a dress to consider for bridesmaids, prom or a formal wedding when you prefer delicate straps and a fuller skirt.
