Returns and Exchange Policy for Online Purchases


At The Dress Shop Las Vegas, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. We happily accept returns and exchanges for your online order. The following guidelines apply exclusively to orders placed on our website:


  1. Request Deadline: Any return or exchange must be requested by emailing us at no later than 2 days after receiving the dress.
  2. Reason for Return: You may return your dress for any reason. However, please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, along with a $35 fee for the return shipping label. The remaining balance will be issued to you in the form of store credit only. Please note that we don’t give the money back for any reason.
  3. Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted within 2 days of receiving the dress and are limited to a change in size only. A $35 fee for the return shipping label will apply for exchanges. Please note that we cannot accommodate changes in color or style from the original dress.


We recommend carefully reviewing the dress upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations. All returned dresses must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached.


Return Procedure:


  1. Contact us at to initiate your return or exchange request within the specified timeframe.
  2. Await instructions from our customer service team regarding the return shipping label and any associated fees.
  3. Ship the dress back to us in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
  4. Upon receiving the returned dress, we will process your refund or exchange as per our policy.
